Presented by the Oxford Windrush Group, this inaugural Windrush Memorial Lecture and conversation will explore race, repression and resistance as a legacy to the Windrush Generation - those who answered the call to support the British Government by migrating from the Caribbean to the UK to support the post-war need for labour.

Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Horace G. Campbell is a noted international peace and justice scholar and Professor of African American Studies and Political Science at Syracuse University, New York. Other contributors to be announced.
