There is a £1.50 administration fee per person for all group visits, including travel agencies and tour operators, summer schools and EFL groups. We require students under 18 to be accompanied by one adult per 10 students. The maximum number of people per booking is 45 (up to 40 attendees and 5 supervisors). We ask that groups books at least 2 days in advance in order to secure a booking. You can enquire about your eligibility for an exemption from our administration fee using our enquiry form.
We encourage museum groups for teaching and offer guided and supported group sessions. Self-guided school groups, higher education groups, further education groups or non-commercial groups visiting as part of a learning programme are exempt from

We require a ratio of at least one adult to ten children under 16.
